Welcome to Belhaven Events

Thank you for considering our venue for your special day. Nestled on 14 picturesque acres in Richmond Hill, Georgia, our space offers a charming setting for unforgettable weddings. Here's a glimpse of what our venue has to offer:

  • Convenient Location: Easily accessible and located in Richmond Hill, GA.

  • Beautiful Grounds: 14 acres of scenic beauty with ample private parking.

  • Versatile Spaces: Features a large temperature-controlled barn, an open covered pavilion with a fireplace, a prep kitchen, restrooms, a Bridal dressing cottage, and a Groom's dressing cottage.

Additional Enhancements:

  • Timeless Touches: 100-year-old pews and a Magic Mirror for unique, memorable moments (additional charges apply).

  • Flexibility: Welcome to bring in rented items, your preferred caterer, music, and bartenders.

  • Hands-Off Approach: We believe in letting you enjoy your day; we're not micromanagers, ensuring everyone has a fantastic and safe time.

Saturday Wedding Package:

For a memorable Saturday wedding, our rental package is $4500 and includes:

  • Large Beautifully Decorated Barn

  • Pavilion with rustic wooden pews

  • Bridal Dressing Cottage

  • Groom's Dressing Cottage

  • Restrooms

  • Prep Kitchen for Caterers

  • Round tables, white folding chairs, rectangle tables, spool bar, outdoor bar tops, cocktail tables, wine barrels, and more

  • Ample parking space

  • Scenic ponds for photo opportunities (no entry or swimming)

  • Evening lighting throughout the facility

  • Floating fountain in the pond

Additional Fees:

  • Cleaning fee: $350

  • Refundable damage deposit: $400

Optional Enhancements:

  • White linen tablecloths: $20 per cloth

  • Gold Chiavari Chairs: $5 per chair (100 available)

  • Natural with white wash cross back chairs: $4.00 per chair (75 available)

Extended Celebration:

For an extended celebration with exclusive use of the venue on Friday, Saturday, and half of Sunday, the cost is $7500.00.

Important Details:

  • All-day Friday, Saturday, and half-day Sunday option available.

  • Event insurance required, available at privateeventinsurance.com.

BOOKING QUESTIONS

DO WE NEED TO SCHEDULE A TOUR OR CAN WE JUST STOP BY?

 

You MUST schedule to book a tour. Belhaven is reserved for clients and their guest only on day of events, therefore booking is mandatory. 

HOW DO WE SECURE A DATE?

 

To secure your date, you must put down a non-refundable deposit equaling 1/2 of your total booking cost. The other half is due the day before the event. 

WHEN ARE PAYMENTS DUE AND DO YOU ACCEPT PAYMENT PLANS?

A non-refundable deposit equaling 1/2 of your total booking cost is due to hold your date. The other half is due the day before the event. 

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DOES BELHAVEN ACCEPT?

 

Cash, Credit Card, or Check

DO YOU HAVE ANY TAXES, FEES OR HIDDEN CHARGES?

No. We take pride in being transparent with our pricing.

IS THERE DAY-OF LIABILITY INSURANCE REQUIREMENT?

Yes, through an outside vendor. Please Call For More Information.

CATERING + BAR QUESTIONS

DO YOU HAVE EXCLUSIVE CATERERS? 

 

No, clients may use their own desired caterers. However, we do provide a vendors list if needed. 

DO YOU ALLOW ALCOHOL AND CAN WE BRING OUR OWN?

IS THERE A FOOD AND BEVERAGE OR GUEST COUNT MINIMUM?

 

YES + NO!  There is no food and beverage minimum, but there is a guest count minimum. See Contact for details.

DO WE HAVE TO CHOOSE VENDORS FROM YOUR PREFERRED LIST?

 

No, you do not. We offer the vendors list as a compliment for our clients.
